The Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Treatment and Diagnostic Center for Cardiovascular Pathology was built as part of the Second Urban Infrastructure Development Project with the support of the World Bank.
The Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Treatment and Diagnostic Center for Cardiovascular Pathology was built.
The area of the territory is 18 150,00 m2 (1,8 ha).
The built-up area is 3 234,58 m2.
The area of the road surface is 8 575,54 m2.
The total area of the premises of the medical and diagnostic building is 16 035,00 m2.
The number of floors is 7 and 2 floors.
The total construction volume is 61 667,00 m3, including:

the volume of the underground part is 7 106,00 m3;

the volume of the above-ground part is 54 561,00 m3.
Designed to provide modern highly qualified inpatient (144 beds) and outpatient (150 visits per shift) care to the population. The capacity of the institution was set by the medical task for the design taking into account the needs of the population of the city of Vinnytsia and Vinnytsia region in inpatient and outpatient cardiological care.
6th and 7th floors: Innovative "Clean Rooms" manufactured in Ukraine, including 6 intensive care units.
A sufficiently spacious resuscitation unit located on the same floor as the operating suite, 3 operating rooms equipped with ceiling-mounted angiographic systems from Philips and cantilevered operating tables. 1 operating room for open-heart surgery with a laminar flow ceiling.
A vacuum station for hospital needs and a dedicated sterilization unit are installed in the basement.
Diagnostic department on the first floor: Computer tomography scanner, X-ray machine with the ability to diagnose people with disabilities. An MRI room with a "quench" pipe outlet is also provided.
The second floor: Houses classrooms where students can watch live surgeries performed in the Cardiology Center via a telemedicine system.
The building of the medical and diagnostic building of a complex shape in plan consists of two volumes: a rectangular seven-story medical and medical and diagnostic part and a two-story consultative and diagnostic and administrative part.
The hospital also includes:
1. OXYGEN STATION - The sources of oxygen (O2) are: oxygen-gasification station - the main source, oxygen generator and cylinder ramp of gaseous oxygen - backup sources.
2. BOILER ROOM - with a capacity of 2000 kW.
3. TRANSFORMER SUBSTATION - with a capacity of 2x1600 kVA.
4. DIESEL GENERATOR - capacity of 550 kW.
5. ECONOMIC BUILDING - for storage and maintenance of 5 ambulance cars of the cardiology center.
